Webmail lets you read and send email in your web browser, from any computer or phone, without setting anything up. How you log in depends on which Ruachost email you have. Not sure? See [Which Ruachost email do I have?](https://helpcenter.ruachost.com/email/guides/which-ruachost-email-do-i-have/)

## Email that comes with your hosting (cPanel email)

1. Go to **[webmail.ruachost.com](https://webmail.ruachost.com)**, or `webmail.yourdomain.com` once your domain points to us.
2. Enter your **full email address** (for example, `hello@yourdomain.com`) and its **password**.
3. Click **Log in**.

Your mailbox opens in **Roundcube**, which works well on computers and phones.

### From cPanel

If you manage the hosting account, you can open any mailbox without its password:

1. Log in to cPanel and open **Email Accounts**.
2. Click **Check Email** next to the account.

## Ruachost Business Email

1. Go to **[webmail.emailpnl.com](https://webmail.emailpnl.com)**.
2. Enter your full email address and password.
3. If your administrator has turned on one-time passwords (OTP), enter the code you're sent.

Business Email webmail includes your mail, calendar, contacts and tasks. You can also use the Business Email apps for Android and iOS.

## Can't log in?

- Use your **full** email address as the username, not just the part before the @.
- Passwords are case-sensitive. Check Caps Lock.
- Forgotten the password? See [Can't log in to your email](https://helpcenter.ruachost.com/email/guides/cant-log-in-to-your-email/) to reset it.
