**Yes.** Ruachost hosting supports **SPF (Sender Policy Framework)** records.

An SPF record is a DNS record that lists which servers are allowed to send email for your domain. Receiving mail servers check it, and email from servers not on the list is more likely to be rejected or marked as spam.

## Set up SPF in cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Open **Email Deliverability** in the **Email** section.
3. Find your domain. If the SPF record shows a problem, click **Manage**.
4. Click **Install the suggested record**.

cPanel also shows the DKIM record on the same page. Set up both for the best results.

## Add a custom SPF record

If you send email through another service as well, such as a newsletter tool, add it to the same record. A domain should have only **one** SPF record. For example:

```text
v=spf1 +a +mx include:_spf.example.com ~all
```

You can edit the record in **Zone Editor** in cPanel, or in the **DNS Manager** in your client area. They stay in sync.

> **Caution:**
If your domain uses nameservers somewhere else, add the SPF record with that DNS provider instead.
