**No.** We do not support XCache for PHP on shared hosting.

## Use OPcache instead

XCache was an add-on that sped up PHP by caching compiled code. It is no longer maintained and does not work with PHP 7 or later.

Modern PHP includes **OPcache**, which does the same job and is faster. See [Enabling PHP opcode caching](https://helpcenter.ruachost.com/developers/php/enabling-php-opcode-caching/) to turn it on for your site.
