# Official Ruachost emails and websites

> The email addresses and websites Ruachost really uses, so you can tell genuine messages from phishing and fake renewal notices.

Scammers sometimes pretend to be hosting companies, sending fake invoices, "domain expiring" warnings or login links. Use this page to check that a message really comes from Ruachost.

## Our email addresses

Genuine Ruachost emails only come from these addresses:

| `support@ruachost.com` | Support conversations and ticket replies |
| `billing@ruachost.com` | Invoices, payment receipts and billing questions |
| `sales@ruachost.com` | Questions about our products before you buy |
| `noreply@ruachost.com` | Automatic notices such as welcome emails, renewal reminders and password resets. Don't reply to this address. |

Emails from other domains that only look similar, such as `ruachost-billing.com`, `ruach0st.com` or a free Gmail or Yahoo address, are **not** from us.

Your **cPanel** and **webmail** are on your hosting server's address, which we send you in your welcome email. You can always reach them safely through the client area.

Ruachost was formerly Cloudnetvox. Older emails and invoices may mention Cloudnetvox. All our services are now under ruachost.com.

## How to spot a fake

- **We never ask for your password or full card number** by email, chat, WhatsApp or phone.
- **Check the real link** before clicking: hover over it (or press and hold on a phone). It should go to `ruachost.com` or `dashboard.ruachost.com`, with nothing else in between, such as `ruachost.com.login-secure.net`.
- **Be wary of pressure**, such as "your domain will be deleted in 24 hours" or "pay now to avoid suspension".
- **Check your account directly.** Instead of clicking a link, type `dashboard.ruachost.com` into your browser, log in, and check your invoices and renewal dates there.
- **Payment details:** we only take payment through the client area (Paystack, Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency) or to the bank account shown on your invoice in the client area. Payments appear on your statement as **Ruach Hosting Limited**. If an email gives different bank details, don't pay. Contact us first.
