If you find a security weakness in a Ruachost system, such as our website, the client area (dashboard.ruachost.com), this help center or our servers, please tell us so we can fix it.

## How to report it

Email [support@ruachost.com](mailto:support@ruachost.com) with the subject **Security issue**. Include:

- **What you found** and which website or service it affects
- **Steps to reproduce it,** including any addresses you used
- **What someone could do with it,** for example see other customers' data
- **Screenshots** or other evidence
- **Your contact details,** so we can follow up

## Please don't

- access, change or delete other people's data, beyond the minimum needed to show the problem
- run tests that could slow down or interrupt our services, such as load testing or spam
- share details publicly until we've had a reasonable chance to fix the issue

We'll confirm we received your report and keep you updated while we investigate.
