Incoming and outgoing mail
Section titled “Incoming and outgoing mail”| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Username | Your full email address, e.g. name@company.com |
| Password | That email account’s password |
| IMAP server (recommended) | imap.emailpnl.com, port 993, SSL/TLS |
| POP3 server | pop.emailpnl.com, port 995, SSL/TLS |
| SMTP (outgoing) server | smtp.emailpnl.com, port 587 (STARTTLS), or 465 (SSL/TLS) |
| SMTP authentication | On: same username and password as incoming |
The outgoing server requires TLS, so turn on SSL/TLS (or STARTTLS on port 587) in your app.
Use IMAP if you check email on more than one device. It keeps your mail on the server, so every device stays in sync.

- Don’t use
mail.yourdomain.comor a CNAME record of your own for Business Email: those don’t match the security certificate. - Never enter server IP addresses. They can change without notice.
