Yes. You can run Ruby on Rails applications on Ruachost cPanel hosting using the Setup Ruby App tool in cPanel. It lets you create a Ruby environment, choose a Ruby version and deploy your app without root access.

To get started:

1. Log in to cPanel and open Setup Ruby App in the Software section.
2. Create an application, choosing the Ruby version and the folder for your app.
3. Install your gems and configure your Rails app.
