Which Ruachost email do I have?

Ruachost offers four kinds of email. Each has its own login, settings and guides, so it helps to know which one you have.

Enter your email address in our Email settings tool and it shows the right settings for your email, ready to copy.

How to tell

• Check your services: log in to the client area and open Services → My Services. A Business Email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription will be listed there. If you only see a hosting plan, your email is cPanel email.
• Check your MX records: see Checking a domain’s WHOIS and nameservers, or look in Domains → Manage DNS, and compare with the last row of the table.
• Check your welcome email: it names the product and your login details.

A domain’s email can only be delivered to one of these at a time, whichever its MX records point to. If you switch, move your emails first.
