Yes. You can use the RMagick gem on Ruachost hosting.

RMagick connects Ruby to the ImageMagick image library. It lets your Ruby application create, resize, crop and convert images.

Check whether it’s installed

gem list rmagick

If RMagick appears in the list, you can use it straight away with require 'rmagick'.

If it isn’t listed, install it for your own account:

gem install rmagick

If you use the Ruby selector in cPanel, activate your application’s Ruby environment first so the gem is installed for the right Ruby version.
