Changing your account currency
Each Ruachost account uses one currency for all prices, invoices and account credit: Nigerian Naira (NGN), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).
How it’s chosen
Section titled “How it’s chosen”Your currency is set from your country when you create your account. For example, customers in Nigeria are billed in Naira.
Change your currency
Section titled “Change your currency”You can’t change the currency yourself, but we can change it for you:
- Pay or cancel any unpaid invoices first.
- Open a ticket in the Billing department and tell us which currency you want.
From then on, your renewals and new orders are priced in the new currency. Invoices that are already paid stay in their original currency.
Paying in a different currency without changing
Section titled “Paying in a different currency without changing”If your card or bank account is in a different currency from your invoice, your bank converts the payment at its own rate and may add fees. See I was charged a different amount.
