How do I log in to my webmail?
Webmail lets you read and send email in your web browser, from any computer or phone, without setting anything up. How you log in depends on which Ruachost email you have. Not sure? See Which Ruachost email do I have?
Email that comes with your hosting (cPanel email)
Section titled “Email that comes with your hosting (cPanel email)”- Go to webmail.ruachost.com, or
webmail.yourdomain.comonce your domain points to us. - Enter your full email address (for example,
hello@yourdomain.com) and its password. - Click Log in.
The first time, you may be asked to choose a webmail app. Roundcube is the simplest and works well on phones. You can change it later, or make one open automatically. See How to enable autoload for webmail.
From cPanel
Section titled “From cPanel”If you manage the hosting account, you can open any mailbox without its password:
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Click Check Email next to the account.
Ruachost Business Email
Section titled “Ruachost Business Email”- Go to webmail.emailpnl.com.
- Enter your full email address and password.
- If your administrator has turned on one-time passwords (OTP), enter the code you’re sent.
Business Email webmail includes your mail, calendar, contacts and tasks. You can also use the Business Email apps for Android and iOS.
Can’t log in?
Section titled “Can’t log in?”- Use your full email address as the username, not just the part before the @.
- Passwords are case-sensitive. Check Caps Lock.
