How to reset WHMCS admin password

Follow these six (6) simple steps to reset your WHMCS admin password:

  1. Access your cPanel by logging in.\
  2. Navigate to the Databases section and select the phpMyAdmin menu.\
  3. Within phpMyAdmin, locate the WHMCS database and identify the tbladmins table. Click on “Edit” next to the admin user for whom you want to reset the password.\
  4. On the subsequent page, find the password column. Input the new password in the last field and opt for the MD5 hash option.\
  5. In the passwordhash column, delete the existing value in the last field.\
  6. After completing the changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Go” to finalize the password reset process.
