No. SPDY is not supported on shared hosting or reseller hosting.
What is SPDY?
Section titled “What is SPDY?”SPDY (pronounced “speedy”) was an experimental protocol from Google that made websites load faster. It was retired years ago and replaced by the HTTP/2 standard. All major browsers have removed SPDY support, so it no longer affects how fast your site loads.
Making your site faster
Section titled “Making your site faster”To improve loading speed, focus on:
- Enabling SSL, since modern browsers only use their fastest connection methods over HTTPS
- Caching (see Optimizing website performance)
- Compressing images and using a CDN such as Cloudflare
