Webmail works, but your app or phone doesn’t
Section titled “Webmail works, but your app or phone doesn’t”The account is fine; the app has the wrong details.
- Update the saved password in the app, especially after a password change.
- Check the server settings: cPanel email or Business Email.
- Remove the account from the app and add it again.
Blocked after too many attempts
Section titled “Blocked after too many attempts”Several wrong passwords in a row can make our firewall block your IP address for a while. This affects every device on your network. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again with the correct password. If it’s still blocked, open a support ticket with your IP address (search “what is my IP” to find it).
An old phone or app with a wrong saved password can keep triggering the block, so update or remove it.
Business Email: IP restrictions and OTP
Section titled “Business Email: IP restrictions and OTP”Your administrator may have limited logins to certain IP addresses or turned on one-time passwords (OTP). If you’re logging in from a new place, or not receiving the OTP code, contact your administrator.
