Paying an invoice

  1. Log in to the client area. Unpaid invoices are shown on the home page.
  2. Go to Billing → My Invoices and click the invoice. You can also click Pay Now in the invoice email.
  3. Under Payment Method, choose how to pay and click Pay Now.
  4. Complete the payment:
    • Paystack: pay with your Nigerian card or another option Paystack offers. You may be asked for an OTP from your bank.
    • Stripe: enter your card details. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment (3D Secure).
    • PayPal: log in to PayPal and approve the payment.
    • Cryptocurrency: choose the coin, then send the exact amount shown to the address shown, before the payment window expires. Network fees are paid by you.
  5. You’re returned to the invoice, which shows Paid once the payment is confirmed. Card, Paystack and PayPal payments usually confirm within seconds. Cryptocurrency payments confirm once the network confirms the transaction.

Paying for a service that was suspended? It’s reactivated automatically once the invoice is paid.

  1. Open the invoice and choose Bank Transfer. Our bank details are shown on the invoice.
  2. Transfer the exact invoice total and use your invoice number as the payment reference.
  3. Send us proof of payment (a receipt or screenshot): reply to the invoice email or open a support ticket in the Billing department.

We mark the invoice paid once we see the payment in our account. Bank transfers can take longer to confirm than card payments, so pay a few days before the due date.

Go to Billing → Mass Payment, tick the invoices, and pay them together.

If you have account credit, it’s applied to new invoices automatically. See Account credit and paying in advance.
