Adding an appointment booking system in WordPress

WordPress does not include appointment booking by default, but you can easily add this functionality using plugins. On ruachost.com, the recommended tool is the Easy Appointments plugin, which allows customers to book appointments directly from your site.

  • Automates scheduling for services, consultations, or classes.
  • Saves time by reducing manual booking management.
  • Improves customer experience with instant confirmations.
  • Keeps appointments organized in the WordPress dashboard.
  1. Log in to WordPress with an administrator account.
  2. In the dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New.
  3. Search for Easy Appointments.
  4. Click Install Now, then Activate.

✅ The plugin is now installed and ready to configure.
