Logging in to the client area

The client area at dashboard.ruachost.com is where you manage everything you have with Ruachost: hosting, domains, email, SSL certificates, invoices and support tickets.

Note

The client area is different from cPanel. You log in to the client area with your Ruachost account email and password. From there, you can open cPanel and webmail for each hosting plan without a separate login.

Create an account

You create a Ruachost account when you place your first order:

1. Choose a product on ruachost.com, or search for a domain, and add it to your cart.
2. At checkout, choose Create a New Account and enter your name, email address, phone number and address. If your business is registered for VAT, add your tax ID.
3. Choose a payment method, tick to agree to the Terms of Service, and click Checkout.

You can also register without ordering, or sign up with your Google or Facebook account. See Signing in with Google or Facebook.

Already have an account?

Use the same account for new orders, so all your services and invoices are in one place. If the checkout says your email address is already registered, log in instead, or reset your password.

Log in

1. Go to dashboard.ruachost.com.
2. Enter your email address and password, or click Google or Facebook if you’ve linked one.
3. If you’ve turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.

Tick Remember Me only on your own device.

Can’t log in?

• Forgot your password: click Forgot password? See Changing or resetting your client area password.
• Lost access to your email or 2FA device: see Recovering account access.
• The page won’t load at all: your IP address may be blocked after failed logins. See My IP address is blocked.

Log out

Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Logout. Always log out on shared or public computers.
